Sage Lane accepts returns of unused, undamaged , unwashed, unaltered merchandise.
You will have 14 calendar days to issue a return for an item from the original day of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and be in the same condition that it was received in.
Your item must have receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions apply to both online and in store purchases.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final sale items include:
- All accessories including "TELETIES" products
- SALE items
- Any items marked as "Final Sale"
All item exchanges must be in store. We do not offer online exchanges through our website.
If you are unable to do an in person exchange please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us on instagram @sagelane.boutique with proof of purchase and we will gladly assist you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
